The ONLY teaming I would ever consider doing would be with the wife if she ever had the notion to get her CDL. Even then, I'd have to be able to trust her driving skills 100% to be able to sleep behind her when it was her turn to drive.

Deleted post. This is what happens with the lack of sleep.

The only positive about this is that I get paid for all miles run, which for our pay period will be about 13,000 for the 2 weeks. I'm up now. David is finishing up the last two hours of his shift and I'll take it at the Oregon state line. The reciever said they recieve 24/7 and to come on in tonight. David has never been over Cabbage so he wants me to wake him up so he can see what it's all about.

Well JB it looks like you will be on the other side of The world (US) when I visit Sally and the home of the Mean Green Machines. I fly to Wash. DC on monday and driving to Richmond on Wed to check things out. If all goes as planned I will be joing the green team in early Jan.

Hey JB, my co and I just went through there, currently rolling up to Boeing in Everett, WA. We're set up for orientation at AME on 12/02. We both put you down as the driver who referred us because of this thread. Teaming isn't easy, but it can be worth it IF you have a good codriver, I got lucky.

He's looking to team. I mentioned to him that you are looking for a team partner and he wants to talk to you about it. All I can say is the dude is cool to run with, and is a good driver that utilizes his time to its fullest.

    Lonesome Thanks this.

Glad to hear. And thanks for the referral. I'm not in this for referral money, in fact since I've been here 3 others have signed on because of me and never mentioned my name. As a team you will have all the miles you can handle. If you have any questions just ask. Be safe.

    Woobie and UTurn1 Thank this.

I'm sitting at Jubitz in Portland. Got empty as soon as I got to the receiver at 2am, then drove here. I developed a front end issue with my right front steer tire, it's out of balance, which is ok, except the right side of the truck is bouncing like a basketball. I called in to breakdown after I got out of the shower and got the ok to bring it to Freightliner down the street. I told them that if I have to drive back to Richmond with this vibration I might be leaving parts to this truck along the interstate. They agreed so off to the shop I go.

David just woke up and went into the shower. I told him to hang out here while I get this taken care of. We both agreed to do our own thing today just so we have some space. I like this dude, he's got a head on his shoulders and is real easy to live with in this 25 sq ft space.
