Pulled off my good load for ANOTHER already late load. BUT.....

Joke's on them. New trailer I hooked to has a bad air leak. Now, I'm stuck at the TA at exit 472 off I20 in Dallas. 2 hour wait for service. They BETTER not screw up my home time....again.

Day 39....my patients is gone. Lost it 3 weeks ago.

4mer trucker and Lonesome Thank this.

When I started with my starter company, twas west of the Mississippi for 50 straight days. My trainer didn't like running the east. What don't kill you makes you stronger...........

Not true anymore. My arthritis isn't killing me. And it surely is not making me stronger. 39 days, not because I wanted to. I should have been off already. And that is 39 straight driving days. Plus, 3 orientation days. No day off. Tied to this truck.

    Sorry, but I'm NOT happy.

@JohnBoy I have another question for you if you don't mind.? I usually show 15 minutes on duty for loading and 15 minutes for unloading. I don't actually do any of the loading or unloading myself. Well maybe once in awhile I have assisted with unloading. Do I need to continue to do this so I have something to show the dot or should I just save my time?Again thank you for your help.

    JohnBoy Thanks this.

I was told that unless you are actually supervising the loading or unloading counting and securing etc then it's off duty until you are ready to roll again.

I hadn't thought of dot wanting to see on duty for loading, would they really?. I mean not every driver does live loading and unloading.

    JohnBoy Thanks this.

Is JB around? Hoping he might weigh in on the Right Turn thread. What a fiasco that is.

I show nothing. If I'm not on the dock for loading or unloading then it's straight off duty. I do show however long it takes me for a drop and hook. The way we run, I try and save as much time as possible.
