One long day... Left Charlotte early this morning.... Off to Reidsville to drop an empty and hook a loaded... Off too LL... Then the Richmond Yard... Then headed south towards Boca Raton ... 700 miles to go tomorrow...

By the way... What's the route from LL to AMX that's only 5 miles... The shortest I can find is 20 miles.... LOL ...

@trucker anon - this is Abilene thread.

 

I go 295 S to 895 (toll) and hit 95 S from there. I think it's 12 miles. 5 miles in a straight line, maybe. Love how they come up with that, even though I know the "science" behind it.

 

I was outside around 2:30 or so. Alan Dann was outside with Dean, one of the trainers, and a couple others, but I wasn't really paying attention to anyone.

 

Yup, that's the route I took... Ya, I know it's just a computer generated number but on a route that is travels so often, some override would be nice.

Look at me commenting about a few miles... Not normally my thing... LOL

Not complaining as it was attached to a 900 mile run to Florida but it did jump out at me yesterday.
