Thanks for the info! And yes I do have more questions!!!
I've got 13 yrs in B trucks driving in the mountains and snow. In the tractor trailer world, it means zero. I picked up driving semi pretty quick, but know I've got a lot to learn.

I did go through a fantastic driving school with a instructor who gave a hairy rats butt.. It's was fun to watch the other trainees that never drove in mountainous terrain a large vehicle sweat bullets. We Learned how float gears going down steep grade,it was something else! But glad I was taught how to do it.They all learned and took something from the exp.

Our trucks idle from 66 and up, and 25 and lower. We have bunk heaters that work VERY well for cool nights. I do get a bit warm above 60. And the temp settings suck eggs when the temp is 65 and it's raining.

We drive automated manuals. Meaning they are "technically" autos, but you can button shift them and there is no clutch.

Seems like a good run if you're going home for 2 days.

Hmmm.... My wife says that my body gives heat like a run away nuclear reactor. And anything above 65 degrees is hot in my book... I want to see my breath in the cab with the a/c running. So who wants to be my trainer if I get hired??? I promise to not totally freeze you to death.... JK
