Off for a couple of days at my Dad's place in Todd Mission, Texas. Home time here starts Friday, the 22nd. The load I'm sitting on delivers the 22nd at 8am. Victor told me this was the only way to ensure I got home in time. I can deal with Houston traffic. Not happy about this, but, what can I do? Beer and pool time!!

I hit over 700 at least one shift during training/teaming term. Was not capable in my last truck, as it was governed at 66. I could hit 700 in this truck, but have not gotten the run to do it.

I'm a Texabamian. My life happens west of the eastern time zone. I'm a lineage proven southern boy and Texan. I love to see the country. I just prefer west of the EST timeline. I love mountains. Most of all, I love space. Empty space. Something that you won't see off of I-95, Satan's Highway.

In a team truck I would risk running my clock down as there is no worry about finding parking to shut down. Hell you could do a driver swap on an on-ramp if necessary.

As a solo there is no way I am going to chance running out of hours with nowhere to stop. Especially on the east coast.

Its just a personal target, something to keep me motivated. Doesn't really make any difference to the bottom line.

Well that's a nice description of I-95, Satan's highway!!! LOL

I've lived out west all my life and don't plan ever changing it. Give me cool green valleys, tall mountains and lots of empty space.

Plus Atlantic salmon is now where near tasty as alaska salmon.

First 2 the damage. Last one after buffing. Many folks don't know, toothpaste is a great mild compound. ;)

Anyone know how difficult it is to change phone numbers with Abilene? Mine keeps getting mixed up with a contractor out of Mobile, Al. I'm getting sick and tired of answering these calls.
