How bad do you want to run solo? Are you willing to learn what your trainer has teach/say???

Ok... Ok... Busted... I did make up the PrePlanned part... But not the NE part...

 

My main goal as a trainer is not to push a person who is not ready out and into a truck, but to give them the tools to succeed at the job, and most of all, to do it safely.

 

Understandable, I'm looking for an average because like others I am choosing regional due to my situation at home. Also I need info to weigh the options in front of me. If I were running a trucking company I would like to keep a team together as long as possible.

 

Dirty thoughts are ok...
Verbalizing without code words... Not so much.

 

Thinking they ship those "moms" from one district to another... Like a traveling Sales Force Swat Team... When one district isn't meeting their quotes they send in the off season trade show models to help out a bit. Just less makeup and dressed a bit frumpy... $ale$
