    I graduated Windsors Driving School in Linden NJ. I passed my RT,got my CDL no problem. Now the hard part. Trying to find a decent job that will give me the experience and understanding. I have had offers from CR England and after reading the forums here, decided on passing on that one. Then had an offer from Schneider they decided on no giving me an offer. Now i am scheduled for orientation for Swift on Feb 28, 2011. And I dont know what to expect, what I need, etc.. Any help would be apreciated
