get rid of the apartment and put your stuff in storage.

1) I technically need a legal address for driver's license and tax purposes. The United States doesn't really let you go homeless. In Florida, I heard they double check your address when you try to change it on your license to make sure it's not a UPS store or something. I considered just not changing it on my license, but then I risk running into some problems down the road (especially if I somehow got caught).
2) My apartment complex doesn't have a lease buyout provision. I'm stuck paying on it until May 1st of next year. I may make some kind of change at that time.
3) If something happens that ruins my plan then having my apartment would be nice. If I get fired or if it turns out I can't actually handle this like I thought and I want a local job, then I'd wish I still had my apartment. I'm only paying $650 + $50 per month in electricity in a market where comparable places would go for around $900+ so I'm okay with paying on it for now. I've lived here 7 years and they don't raise rent on existing tenants as quickly as they raise rates for new tenants, that's how I'm paying so little.
Thanks for the suggestion though! -

1) I live in a 1 bedroom apartment, $530 a month, Wichita KS. The rent will be going up to $535 a month when the lease expires. I have had this apartment 11+ years, (since 12/1/2008 - actually moved in 1/14/2009). My original rent, when I first moved in was $425 a month.
2) The apartment, (72 units), is well kept up, clean, quiet, and in a decent working class to middle class neighborhood. I live across the street from a Kroger's Supermarket, (Dillons), the the local credit union being next door to the supermarket. The property manager lives on the complex.
3) If you decide that you want to move out of Florida, I would be more than glad to give you information on the apartment complex that I live in. Just send me a message & we can take it from there.
NOTE:
These are the 2 Swift terminals that are closest to Wichita KS:

Regardless, once again, welcome. I sincerely hope you enjoy your stayWasted Thyme, 48Packard, Metalicious and 7 others Thank this. -
Be the first to do it with Phi.
All around, it is a much more interesting number.
Or, is that too irrational of me to suggest?
Square root five plus one, divided by two.
The closed circle of Pi is SO boring, while the open-ended progression of Phi is SO exciting.
Can't have Life and Evolution without Phi.Last edited: Jun 27, 2020
