hey guys! Quick question, my truck was recently loaned out to another driver. It came back and the AC/Heat won't turn on. I'm not at work and wanted to get home but I was thinking that it sounds as if a fuse has blown. I'm thinking this because it won't even turn on at all. It's a Mack Pinnacle 2013. Any ideas. Thanks and stay safe!

Don't know the newer smacks very well, but the fuse panel should be pretty clearly labeled. You'd want to look at fuses and relays which say "HVAC Blower" or something to that effect.

Several possibilities. Will it work on "high speed only? Is their any chance the other driver "robbed" the fuse or relay to use for something he had to have to drive ie. Lights?Blower motor is likely unless it'll work on "high speed only" then the blower resistor switch.Rarely the switch on dash.

Sounds like a switch. 1, 2, and 3 will go through a resistor… usually, you'll run into the opposite problem, where the high setting is the only one which works after the resistor fails.
