Start truck hear a vibrating noise in dash ac won’t blow when noise stops ac starts blowing fine then will stop in about a sec to do all again after 5 or 6 times will start blowing cold air no problem, but heater will not come on! Valves on heater core lines are open, correct level of antifreeze in truck!

Blower vibration can be from dust buildup on blower motor wheel causing imbalance and motor to vibrate. Clean the blower wheel and replace the HVAC filters.

The blower is cutting out due to a fault code in the HVAC system. When the fault becomes active the blower stops. Need to hook up ESA at dealer.

Common failure are temp and panels doors broken or shorted Door actuators.

Thank you for the reply but i just figured it out i have a bad door actuator! Swap em around heat works and the vibration stopped. Now just can not change from vent to defrost or floor. Its a head ache!
