I drove a t660 for 2 weeks with only defrost. In full heat mode. Because the vent selector and temp selector stopped working. Needless to say. My head sweated and my feet froze. But the windshields didn't crack.

I'll agree with you. It's a necessary item in this day and age. But i'll also side with the old timers. How did we survive. However. My aunt and uncle, both being in their 70's. And my dad says the same thing. Temps weren't this hot a few decades ago.

This is the hottest summer on record
... I could care less about how the old timers did it back in the day , no disrespect but this is completely useless information, having ac in your truck shouldn't be a big deal we would assume in this day & age
.... Heck a driver can buy a can of freeon and shoot the system full himself if he knows how to do it , if not I'm sure someone can do it for him

That's what i keep hearing. But it sure hasn't felt that way in Utah. There's actually been some cool spells this year. Today being one of them.

Lol I drove through the CA/AZ desert on I-40 when it was 114* with no AC. Wasn't fun, but it certainly didn't kill me.

The kill cows I had on back didn't have any AC either and they were alright.

    Air conditioner doesn't work.
    I ain't driving it.
    Companies can easily be replaced.

You are a pretty crappy company if you don't have ac.

You know what you do if you don't have ac and you want it fixed?
Raise up that #### hood & cut ya a belt off.

    ...now its gotta be fixed.
    Done it before...

Read that and learn sucky owners.

Well, they've provided you with a hand. That should do the trick.

Back in the good old days before air conditioning they rarely sat in the truck, they spent most their time on the shoulder of the road helping fellow broke down truckers.
