When truck idles - ac blowing cold , when driving - barely cold , bit uncomfortable .
Freon full , speeds - ok , recirculation or fresh switch - no difference , changing floor/front/window - all good . Any ideas before I bring it to dealer ?
I drove the truck for already 10k miles since new engine been installed and it's always been this way

Could be freezing up, maybe they overcharged it.

Did you ever change the orifice tube/expansion valve and the receiver/dryer when you serviced the A/C?

A dirty or failed orifice tube/expansion valve will affect A/C temperature and performance.

these charts are for 134a. you charge 134a using only the outside air temp. like others said bad orifice tube or expansion valve. also check cab filter and evap. could be dirty evap

did he break the system. if so then more then likely the dryer/receiver has filled up with humidity and causes beads to come out. in that case expanson or orifice is clogged. you also change dryer/receiver when you break system.

Sounds like usual symptoms of bad TXV on a B cab KW.
