Accessing the Driver Portal

    I have a very weird situation going on and was wondering if anyone else was encountering the same problem.

    I can log in with my tablet but I cannot log in with my laptop or my phone (used to be able to)......I also used to log in and get our logs, but I can't get to them on my tablet.........it seems like my only option is to print them out when I print out our settlements each month in Fontana (we are here a lot).......any suggestions would be appreciated.

    I can access with my laptop and phone. Can't get to my logs though. Tells me my information isn't valid.

    Yea the site has been acting up sometimes, they need to just make the site more mobile friendly.

    I discovered the problem.....after having the Safety guy in Fontana print me out 142 pages of logs (Oct and Nov) he gave me a phone number in Phoenix and she transferred me to the Help Desk where I found out that I had been trying to get in on the Company Drivers Portal and not the Owner's.....then today I realized that when my son worked on my computer 2 months ago I had apparently lost all my bookmarks and then put in the wrong one....so make sure you are accessing the right portal if you need to get in.
