I came here to ask a question. There weren't simply yes or no answer to it. So i listened to what people who dealt with this said, i called the lawyer, i listen more to people here. But do you expect me to pick up an advise and just follow it no matter what the circumstances are? Of course i will have my own head to make a decision when there is time for one. But if 9 out of 10 peolpe saying pretty much the same thing and then comes one who saying i screwed up, suggests me to be ok with losing money, and overally talking down to me i wont like it. Just because you or someone else is admin or been on here longer doesn't mean they better people and can talk down to others.
Correct me if im wrong please

Also what you called my own strategy was advised to you at your thread, few people pointed out to you that you have to deal with at fault drivers insurance company directly.
I came here to ask and listen to people that are willing to give an advice without expectations that it will be taken. Otherwise its not an advise but more of directions.
If thats too much then this will be my last post.
And the last thing i came here for is judgement. Im perfectly happy with a company im right now. And if its not up to somebodies standarts than im sorry.
Again i appreciate all the responses -
The way you were posting and maybe my comprehension of what you wrote is incorrect,.. its difficult to interpret 'beating around the bush' things as much as it is sarcasm and similar mannerisms. But I interpreted it as though you were not happy with your company and it came across to me that at least originally,.. you were on the verge of dire straights and needed advise to keep your head above water. Thats how I took the whole thing.
Then when folks gave you good advise about getting a lawyer and filing with your insurance,.. it seemed as though you had your own mind made up already and it didnt matter what anyone said to you. So if you try to look at it from my point of view,.. maybe you can understand why I was taken back a little bit by your responses.
Not that you are doing anything wrong,.. I dont want to give you that impression. I am not knocking you for doing what you feel is the right way to go for your situation. I am not you, I dont know your entire circumstance. There for I can only advise,.. its up to you to decide the best path to take. Just because I dont agree or dont understand, does not mean I hold any animosity towards you. So you should understand, I am not here to insult you. If I have, then I apologize.

I have to admit i might have explain myself in a confusing way a bit.
It might have come out the way that i didnt listen to what was said. But my decision was based mainly on that, and partly on what lawyer said, and i opted out towards waiting with getting one at least until i try it myself once.
You didnt insult me so there is no need for apologies, but i appreciate your approach. And I'll try not to sound arrogant no more with brother truckers here since 99% i know about trucking period is from other drivers words or example.
I just passed by the shop today and they are taking their sweet time even though they seem to be cool guys over there. From estimated 1 week it already went to 2 weeks and its not gonna be ready in another week or so. On the bright side they promised to replace my passenger door for being rusted at no charge through a warranty. And my truck is 08 with over 600k miles on it.
Good luck to every one driving during this inspection days -
last year when the great pumpkin hit my hood, what I was at the dealer he found a spot of rust and both doors (maybe 1/4' round)..... Volvo has a 10 year NO RUST warranty so I got 2 new doors for free..... -
