An old trick I have used in the past, is not pay the ticket until after I had my insurance renewed, plead not guilty and get a lawyer or what ever, the ticket would not go on the driving record until you were convicted. It has been probably 20 or more years since I have done this, so don't know if it still works in todays world or not.

OP, if you're still looking, take a ride around the Port of Memphis.
Tons of trucks down there, lot of "Drivers needed" signs.
I saw the cement plant, and I could smell an asphalt plant down there, too. Might be some local or loader work there. Good luck! -

wndering if i should call Pam and Boyd Brtothers and tell them about dropped trailer just to be upfront them -
