Im not telling you what to do, but as for me, I wouldnt mention an accident. If they find it, its an issue..... then if you tell them, it'll be an issue.
On the other side, if you dont tell them & they dont check, its not going to be an issue. For me, that's an easy call. In all my years, I've never listed anything that wasnt on my MVR.
When I worked for Waste Management, they used to run an MVR check every year. they used to give us a form to fill out for us to list any accidents, tickets etc that we have gotten over the last year. I used to put my name & DL# on it & make a note that "there's nothing on there that I know about". Then I'd ask them, you're gonna run it anyway right? Yes. Then run it & find out. All they wanted me to do was admit to something they werent going to find in their check. I aint THAT big of a fool.

An with all the carriers screeming for drivers. Dropping standards like nothing. Several carriers have started allowing drivers with drug testing positive histories who have finished SAP to hire on. You honestly think a carrier gives a #### about an accident? This entire thing is silly. Hand, go to work!!
