I always talk to my insurance company. Been with them 20 years. (Alot of money paid to them...) anyway it's part of asking for a policy to go over a few what ifs.
I actually had my truck totaled by another in the post office 6 years ago. I was lawfully parked and a ford F250 backed into it. No damage to F250 while mine suffered a frame casualty. Remind me to buy F250's anyway the man's insurance company was willing to fix it for 4400 their expense or salvage it for 6000 sold to them. Which was what we had in it. So we cashed out. Because of the engine and transmission it has in it im pretty sure someone bought it and replaced the frame. Or took the engine and trans out. (5.9 v8 hemi and a hurst 5 speed manual.)
Insurance can be good for you. But they can also get into everything if you are it in a accident.
Those duals look like hot shot wheels and tires to me. Its obvious to me that there is no pretrip done prior. It is hard to see it come off without some form of warning, usually bearings, hub or some other bad.
