Probably not but, wherever it happened and what jurisdiction took the report is where you would get it from.

 

What @nikmirbre said. Call or email the cops where this accident happened & request the report. It may cost you some fee. Keep it until you retire from trucking.

I had a driver rip out 20 feet of fence at my yard and the cops wouldn't even come out to make a report even through the fence was on public property and installed by the county.

 

Doubtful, if the police were there and made a report, you can get their report from them... The company's accident report is theirs and mainly for documentation, insurance and training

 

Are you objecting to the amount of money the company is deducting from your paycheck? Are you looking for the estimate of damages you incurred?

 

Legally they cannot do the first, but the second should always be a part of the process... the narrative of "I didn't do much damage" would hopefully go away
