I drive by the now and then. Especially ones you never see open. You just stop paying attention to them. Even if they had a camera on you they would likely just look up the safety record to see if your company had a lot of violations.

Stop fretting. You make everybody nervous.
It happens more often than you think.
If you have a 'Safety Officer' report it.
If you are on your own, wait and see.
Next time increase the following distance to the vehicle in front of you.
You may save a life or two by doing it.
There are a lot of LEO and Emergency crews on the shoulders these days.
Give yourself more time to see and react.

Definitely not. I've done the same thing before, accidentally and not paying completely attention. By the time I was even up to the scale it was too late to safely exit. There were tons of other trucks, you're not the only one. So, they would have come after you by now. Take it as a lucky pass and try to be more careful next time, as will I.
