bottom line, this is one of many reasons, we should all have at the very least ONE dash cam these days.

We are supposed to be able to face our accusers in court. It is time to do what the scammers do to us but no scam. It will not stop or slow down unless we start hitting back.

 

Yep. You have the right to confront all witnesses against you.

But no physical damage / evidence. No citation. I don't think I'd be to concerned.

 

No I didn't hit anyone I quickly changed to left lane continue going, there was a lot of chaos going on for that few second. And they're also many many different trucks on the side of me in the front of me couple car head , I had the trucks on the right lane behind me in the Middle Lane so there are Vehicles everywhere it's possible that who ever call the police may have mistake my truck for someone else.

according to the new precedent established by the 90 million werner fiasco your on the hook for 25 million. ... you were on the road and didn't need to be there

 

You need to get pictures of your truck ASAP also to prove no damage if need be. Problem would be the trailer if you don't have the same one to take pictures of, or if it had previous damage on it.
