Have you spoken with the carrier? If not, give them a call and ask them the details of the supposed refusal, e.g., who and when do they say they contacted you, method of contact, etc. Be nice as that usually works better. I would have taken the test as soon as possible and paid for it. At least you would have something to show to contradict the claim.

If its on your DAC, dispute it. You have the right to dispute any public record on yourself- DAC Report, Credit Report, any public record. Even if they dont take the negative off, they have to include your version of the event.Studebaker Hawk Thanks this.
