Just a lot of sissy whiners. They always leave companies on a bad note, so they are projecting their experiences on the rest of us. I paid a $1000 escrow once with a company. But I made SO much money with them and they treated me so well, I used to bobtail all over the place on my home time, they never complained about mileage of idle time, the list goes on. I wouldn't have even cared if they kept the money, I made tons of money with them! However, I got it all back after I left. I only quit because the guy was getting out of the business and retiring.

 

I took a job there. You paranoid whiners don't scare me. I have paid escrow I think three times in the past , I got it all back every single time. You see, I'm a valuable asset to a company. Maybe you drivers aren't.

First have you ever worked for AD Transport Superflow? If not don't judge this company

 

Went thru the 10 hr orientation, then about 8 hrs into it we were told about paying into their escrow plan and how they don't pay OT
....so i walked out after being told this after the fact , i figure if they can't be up front in the first place why waste more time finding more surprises about how they operate, they don't OT everyone else does so they can under bid other good companies

 

I'm sorry you think that way Superflow but really AD is a good company trust me I've been doing this since 1994 and AD is by the best I've worked for

 

Guys that whine like this are usually the guys hanging out at the truck stops and pickle parks , always late for deliveries and then wondering why they cannot get good loads. They won't check the oil or tire pressures, they trash the equipment, and then they wonder why they get canned.

 

Hay redhawkdriver I get ya I just won a seven thousand dollar award and tram only riped me off for twenty five hundred keep moving forward

You act like $500 is a huge sum of money. Nowadays it really isn't. If I make great money and I am happy with my job for a few years, or maybe even several years, why would I be freaking about $500 out there? Hell, I've blown $500 on ####ty girlfriends and ex-wives many times over, but I don't sit around thinking about it! I've taken out wires and mailboxes and destroyed a few signposts out on the road that no one ever found out about, so if I do lose $500 I won't cry. Life's a gamble!
