Adding an endorsement in California

    hey guys, I need help, I already have Class A for 4 years now I want add endorsements like Tanker and hazmat, but Double tripper already have it, so I passed all exams again now I was told there is requirement re-road test, then I told them My friend got it he just passed computer test just then she discusses with co-workers then I was told, no need behind the wheel test but tanker container parts inspection is requirement to add Hazmat endorsement. Is it true ?

    I was told the same thing when I went to renewal mine, knew a couple individuals that went through that, but when I went to renew my Hazmat and Real ID, it never happened(road test).

    I had my cdl 3 years after renewal I took the motorcycle endorsement but I failed 3 times, now do I have to retake all the tests to renewal my cdl?
