Sea salt seems to be "saltier" than table salt. So a little goes a long way. I noticed that when eating potato chips. The ones with regular sodium don't bother me, but ones salted with sea salt pucker my face like a prune.

Look at the label of a box of table salt versus that of a box of sea salt. Sea salt is just that -- salt. Table salt has all sort of additives.

Remember although Himalayan and Celtic Sea salt are a better choice than refined table salt. They still do not contain the proper iodine that our bodies need for numerous bodily function.
Instead eat foods that do contain natural iodine, such as wild caught fish (not breaded), eggs and prunes are all good sources for iodine intake. -
