Unloaded just fine this morning. Don't you just love when you ask someone where to unload and they say go talk to someone else. And someone else doesn't exist! Waited around for an hour for someone to tell me where they wanted the hay. GEEZ, some people are just DUM, yes D U M (dumb):biggrin_25525:

So the trailer is a mess with hay and mud. Let FM know that I need to go to Neenah to clean it. Yes, a flat bedder who will clean the deck!

I get there and use the wash to clean it up. Wait for an hour to finally get, hey take the trailer and drop it off in Dorchester, WI. Gotta love those empty drops!

On my way there get a call asking me about helping out on a Reefer load. Sure why not, 1k mile load, and I don't have to sit waiting for a load. This will be interesting as I have never pulled one. oh well no time better than the present to learn. Plus its a drop & hook. The planner/FM I spoke to said they would get me back to Gary with something. We'll see about that. :biggrin_25525:

Right now I am sitting in Marshfield waiting for the trailer to get here. Looks like I will be taking my 10 here and running early in the morning.

So as I stated on checking.. ran 647 miles on Thursday. Man that was fun and draining at the same time. Planned my stop perfectly even though I was sweating bullets that nothing would slow me down. I was so tired, started at 2am, that I couldn't fall asleep.
Did my last 400 today and dropped it at UPS north of Philly. Man those guys drive like crazies! Well now its wait and see what I get. I don't feel like sitting all weekend either.

Should get out of there with a load fairly easy I would think. Just make sure they know that was a one time reefer load. The favor I did, turned into 3 days of reefer running. It was cool cuz it was about 2500 miles of preplanned runs. Only problem was the last one. I was delivering and showed up about 10 hrs early. Customer said I could drop and hook but dispatch wouldn't let me. So lost that 10 break and had to "restart" my 10. Lol never did get used to that thing screaming while I slept...

I got my preplan... Pick up in Geneva, NY on MONDAY morning. Nice! :biggrin_25513:
So try to fit in a reset someplace with internet, oh this crappy Pilot on I-80 and somehow make it to NY for a 0600 on Monday. And yes, still have the :biggrin_25516: REEFER!. At least the preplan is for me to drop it in Gary for a relay on Tuesday morning. OH, 0715 drop in Gary? I guess that running at 2am every night is now a habit for them. I don't like it one bit! When's Christmas? I need a few days off. :biggrin_255:

Oh, and I love having the SILVER GHOST pulling a Roehl Reefer. No one sees me! :biggrin_2559: I have waved at 10-20 Roehl trucks as they went by and nothing. Not a look, not a last minute wave, nothing! That's the POWER OF RED for ya! :biggrin_25522:

I sometimes wonder if half the fleet wonders what those silver trucks are when they see them. It's like, huh? Says Roehl on the side? Must be an O/O or something. :biggrin_25523:
