I'm more than willing to go back to being a w2. I'm fine going to a large company too.

Well he's a month behind and counting that's around$7000. He's behind on you. You think he's going to square up with you or just run you out the door[/QUOTE]
I don't think he's trying to run me out. I'm definitely one of his hardest workers. Which is why I'm asked to do things that other people are not asked to do...Lonesome Thanks this. -
Others may chime in later, with still other suggestions....but....given your projected future plans....I think they will be hard to beat.
If you want to stay in flatbed/heavy-haul.....they pretty much have you covered.

Well, this is what I'd do.
#1, get paid as much as you can.
#2, return their equipment
#3, go home
#4, find a legitimate job with a legitimate company
Is there an immigration reason that you're using these losers? If so, that problem ain't going away overnight. I can't help you there. That said, if that is an issue, I'd recommend starting a new thread asking for advice. Believe it or not, there's quite a few immigrants around here......they just don't make a big deal about it.
Good luck.Lonesome Thanks this. -

Pretty cool stuff.
Especially if you a bit older, & already have good open deck experience.
-- LJamie01 and erubombadil Thank this. -
No immigration issues here. The main issue is I grew up with my boss, so we're friends (at least we were). I'm the type to just put my head down and work as hard as I can. He's been taking major advantage of that. I get asked to things on a regular basis that other people aren't asked to do because he knows I'll say yes. So, it's mostly my own fault for not standing up for myself. I've reached my breaking point though and it's time to move on...
