Gotcha. Johnboy is a friend of mine. The length depends on aptitude and how well training progresses. The payscale for trainees is different than other companies out there as well. No one starves...it might be an option down the road. Good luck on the decision!

Now it was bad news, but I thought that was an honorable thing to do on their part, I'm sure some other companies would have just let me come up and finish training, then said Oh well, you have to go National.
I stayed with them and will be testing out tomorrow to get my own truck. They may have some greate home time options for you (depends on where you live). They have great trainers...I had two because my first had to go on home time. They were both very knowledgeable, calm, and professional. Anyway, there are other good companies out there, I would think of home time, pay, reputation, and training.
Good Luck on your choice and new career! -
Thanks Brin and Slipstream. I think my mental process has now worked it's way down to just two - A N Webber and Tyson. But, of course, tomorrow is another day and I may be back up to 5!!
At this point I am just ready to close the eyes and throw the dart!
dennisroc Thanks this.
