    Hello all,

I’m not trying to solicit business, but I am hoping you can point me in the right direction. My company needs to ship several trailer-loads from California to Tennessee. What’s the best way to get a quote/bid on roughly how much it would cost to ship per trailer?

I saw from the "Motor Carrier Questions - The Inside Scoop" forum that there are over 100 trucking companies; wow that's a lot!

Is there a better way to figure out about how much each load would cost to ship as opposed to calling every single company on the list? Should I be looking for larger trucking companies that ship throughout the U.S. or would it make more sense to find a company that is based out of TN/the South that has trucks in CA needing to return to TN?

    Any help/ideas/feedback is greatly appreciated!:biggrin_25525:

Why don't you just call some trucking companies?
