Advice for tolerating the transormation from home life to full blown team trucking.

    TruckDuo, thanks! That helps. I'm all for running hard. I just know too how important a brisk daily walk is for my psyche and my physical health.

    It's very important to get out of the truck and walk around. Most drivers put on weight when they start out.

    That wont be accurate... she has to look at me instead of being able to look out of the window.
