I picked it up right away, but when I was an instructor I would tell them that it's a rhythm they will learn. You having trouble going up or down?
-
...just don't use it at all
-
Monkeypuncher..down

Well Bonder, would love not to double clutch, but, can't get through school without knowing it 8-

Think of it as marching...left...right...left. let engine drop to 1000 rpms, clutch to neutral, rev engine to 1500, clutch into next lowest gear...left..right..left. Make sense?
-
Monkey..Yes it makes sense. Get hung up on the rpm up and down. Thanks!
-
just remember there is a 400-500 rpm difference between gears. Watch that tach as you learn. You will get it. After double clutching, floating is a breeze.

Thanks Monkey!
