Been looking at 2 trucks 386 peterbuilt
Cummings isx they both have the same issues on the picture is this something I should worry about or is it just condensation

Oil sample to know for sure and give you a warm and fuzzy. I see nothing to raise concern as water droplets and condensation from temperature changes is normal. Service the crankcase filter with a new element and thoroughly clean the housing out.

Sorry to disagree but I would be very concerned only time I’ve seen anything like that is when you’re getting water in your oil that’s not just a few droplets !

Yea I passed on the truck reason why a oil sample won’t do any good due to oil been change recently plus I left the yard and the high temp exhaust warning came on it’s a 2013 Pete 386 with Cummings isx
