I have been hesitant in adding a link for the home since I wasn't sure this would be the place for something like that. I believe that the house is priced right, but if someone has no use for the building on the property, it may be considered nothing but an eye sore.
I loved having it, kept all my "large toys" and extra cars safe and out of the weather. I am constantly told by people they can't believe it hasn't sold yet. And that they would love it if it was closer to their work. That is why I thought drivers might be more interested, not necessarily locked into a fixed location for work.

It is not always wise in today's Internet to link to a home. Espeically where you put up expensive stuff like a 18 wheeler or lay your head and make known you are never there. You already made it easy by a major highway intersection to essentially google earth by satellite zoomed in to find your home. That is how I found one of my old Baltimore County Homes this way because I knew it was near a river crossing, had a shed, a shooting range out back and on a particular hill. Boom there it was. (And in pretty good shape too.. it better, the whole place was handbuilt)

I had two plus acres. I would have needed or used about half that to turn my 18 wheeler around. However the ground was clay on top of soil which means in wet season there is no putting a 18 wheeler on it, it will get stuck so fast. (I had a small gravel pad for the tractor for that time period each year)

That's my thought anyway. Anything you can do to keep specific location information off line is beneficial to you. Anyone with the right amount of information can find you without trouble in a few clicks. My Ex is pretty good at digging people up and their actual addresses to boot. She has dug me up a time or two to proof.

Might take a little while but the right person will come along looking for a good size workshop with utilities. I would kill for a shop that size but the way my lot where my house is set up there is nowhere to put one.

What does your real estate say about it? Also possibly the agent is not marketing it correctly. Sometimes all they do it take pictures. Then put on thier company site or mls. Seems likenot only good for truckers. But also someone qith a motor home, rv, boat, any out doors type guy. For the 4 runners, camping gear, etc... hmmm run water and sewage, it is now studio apartment.

That's a big ### studio apartment, you could put 6 apartments in that.

Very slow market in the area, more or less, the only homes that are selling are repos, short sales and the homes priced very cheap. I am told that it is prices right, just very limited market.
