They have a huge customer base in Toledo. But everything goes back to Norwalk.

Chinatown and MACK E-6 Thank this.

Try USF Holland south on 75/582 Bowling Green Ohio.

Owned but operated independent of YRC last I knew. Carring a very low damage rate and turnover. Last I knew, I am not current with their situation.

We're covering almost the entire Delmarva peninsula except the Virginia portion out of Baltimore with 8 trucks on a typical day, with plenty of open road and windshield time.

When I first came to work here it was only 4. Talk about being spread all over creation...:biggrin_2552:

The best peddle runs IMHO are the ones both distant and tight.

When I hauled a dedicated into Maumee, they would have 4 trucks staged at that one customer's.

I'm dont know, but they run a pile of trucks out of Norwalk with a company wrecker.

    MACK E-6 Thanks this.

Norwalk services all the way to the Indiana line, portions of the three southern counties in Michigan down to Delphos/Van Wert, Marion, Mount Vernon, most of Amish country, Akron, up to Mentor Ohio. Extreme reaches of peddle runs have almost two hour stem times to Brian and Mentor area. Covered with about 125 city guys. Dozens of swaps each day.
Toledo would be over an hour commute depending on what part of Toledo you’re talking about. R&l covers the whole state out of essentially three terminals. Norwalk, Wilmington and Youngstown which is actually Columbiana. There is a WV terminal that services a small portion of Siutheast Ohio.
Pitt Ohio , OD, Central all have decent foot prints in Toledo proper along with Saia. You must be referencing Service Spring or Spartan for the four drop wagons.
