It will all fit in the truck but you will not have much room for cargo

There's another truck stop in South St. Paul. I'm thinking exit 64A? I always come in the back way. It's right near the river.

You can do the motel thing, but one day you might have a family. One day you will retire. A wise man will buy a house when he is young.

One might say I'll just save the money up for later on. Real Estate will out grow your money in the bank. It's high now, but it will be twice as high later on.

A home is an investment and a home regardless if you are on the road. You might save money now doing the motel thing but that is short term. Think long term! You are going to make 15-30 years of payments sometime in your life. You might as well start now. Then when you are 55 you can kick back.

You ain't wasting money because you can sell the house and get your money back plus some. It's an investment. An apartment or motel you are throwing your money away.

Once you start seeing the country you will start seeing places you like better too.

    @ Condo Cruiser ~

There may be merit to that within the next few years, but certainly not at the moment. For me at least. Personal reasons.

I understand. You have to get a career first and line your ducks up. Just keep that in the back of your mind.

I lived in motels for two years once when I moved back to TN from IL. It's fun taking your off time anywhere but it gets old after awhile.

I don't doubt it. Especially with strict limitations to ride along programs. Can't bring any friends with.

It is when you own enough to build a 250x400 shop with pull thru doors and lots of tools ;)

I'd still rather rent. Got the shop, 50X50, and the tools.
