advice on who to use to fight a ticket.....

Don't you thinks it's strange when they ticket you it's always 16 over the limit and never 14 or 15? White House, TN is that way; I don't think they will even hire a cop unless he's dirty. Don't even ask to see the speed they say you were going, on the radar, because they will tell you it's none of your business and by law they don't have to show you. Lying in traffic court is just routine business for them. I never really knew what hatred for another human being is until I had to deal with White House, TN Keystone Kops. Dirty is a compliment to them.

 

Pay a local guy 3 or 400 man he'll make it go away or at least get it down to 9 over. And ya tenn is trying to be the new Ohio since they kicked that scumbag out of ohio. They near got me and a buddy killed forcing us to get off an offramp (we were SLAP out of hours legally and otherwise.. we were just done).

 

The best thing to do in a case like this is get a local lawyer to represent you and plead guilty to a broken tail light. Unfortunately that's the way it works whether we like it or not. Good luck.

I had a "must appear " ticket in KY . I used Interstate trucker,com and they had it settled with a nonmoving violation before the court date . I never went to court .

 

i just got nailed for 45 in a 30, is interstate trucker legit? i want to fight this,

 

k thanks, i called road law, endorsed by ooida, 450 to fight, gonna fight not sure who im using. on a 60 mph 2 lane in nebraska, going down hill with cows on and speed goes from 60-55-45-35 pretty dang quick snd no jakes allowed , couldnt just slam brakes,
