I'm with @TripleSix on this. I'll add that I prefer not to have to clean up the nasty fridge and the pubic hair and nasty butt smell from the last driver. That being said what goes in the truck for my comfort is my stuff, and I wouldn't want an extra set of stuff cluttering up the truck.
Nice gesture, your heart is in the right spot. Just make sure that treating a driver right means more to you than how you welcome him to the company.
