Consider trucking. However, I had a mild stroke 6 months ago. Next day I was cleared to resume normal activities.

So I now eat the right foods, take minimum dosage for high cholesterol & do Aerobic exercises. (Continuous movement for at least 20 minutes.)

    Check-ups have been excellent.

But how can I do Aerobic exercises on the road and the weather is pretty miserable. Really have to do this as much as possible.

Walking... I pull a 53' trailer - walking around the truck is 100+' :biggrin_25525: I do that at truck stops and/or rest stops... also while driving on straight roads with the truck on cruise control - I lift my legs up and do modified crunches... and that 'as seen on TV' shake weight really does work for the arms - LOL!

I carry a sturdy plastic folding step stool in the truck with me and when it's too miserable to go outside, I do simple step aerobics on that stool. Of course, when the weather is nice, the options are endless.....

I have myself a mini-stepper. Great if you have a big bunk. If not, and the weather is crappy, you can always lay on your bed and use your legs as if you're on a bicycle, and air pedal for 30 minutes. May not be the best thing, but it's the best thing when no other option if available for some exercise.

get yourself an adjustable jump rope so you won't be hitting the ceiling and use it in the back of the trailer*.

*of course it will only work if you are empty or partially loaded.

if jumping up and down is too hard on your knees, just skip to minimize the shock, you'll still get a great aerobic workout.

I run, sometimes when it's been one of those days, I walk, but I always exercise.
