    Don't you have to pay like $100 for finger prints etc.... Can I go ahead and take the hazmat test and then get my prints later ?
    I was just wondering if you get a job where u don't need hazmat seems like a waste of $$$
    Not sure what is best to do ????????????

    Finger prints to haul a load of axxwipe, :biggrin_25513:, I never got my HazMat, if I had hazardous on, I just didn't placard the wagon, but I was only going short distances and that was years ago, I don't recommend that today. The HazMat test is total BS anyway, I swear, they asked questions that were never in the manual. I failed every time I tried. For me it wasn't worth it, I wasn't about to pay into that foolishness. You may have to, not the end of the world, but like driver facing cameras, I want no part of that.

    Why am I confused that you are questioning your OWN point of origin?!?!? Okay, I'm tired; usually driving now after sleeping....floating my circadians for the holiday weekend. I just AM REALLY CONFUSED... you quoted and ASKED yourself. @FlaSwampRat am I really going that bat shat?

    I let mine drop about 6 years ago; when I hauled asphalt, it was placarded HOT, not HAZ.
    If I need it (which I doubt I will hauling boxes in boxes, I'll reapply and go thru the bs again.)

    That confused me a lil also, I just left it alone lol. I'm gonna be in that state of tired later because this is when I get done work most days but I'm going in at 10am lol

    Oh there is no sleep for me tonight lol. I normally don't go to sleep until after I take my daughter to school at 6:30 and tonight is gonna be no different lol. It's just gonna be a rough day tomorrow.

    @dennisroc let this be a lesson on the hours of any job you take. I have completely adapted to being awake at night now and find it near impossible to change. On the weekends when I don't work I still sleep till about noon.
