    I work for a smaller company that hires ex-convicts. I trained a few of them and I've found that 95% of these guys are nice guys that made a mistake, paid their debt to society and are eager and glad to have a chance to prove themselves. They still have to report to a parole officer and are drug tested regularly (like all of us) but most of them are still here happily employed and making money.

    I could be wrong, but I dont think any convictions you got before you obtained your CDL has anything to do with the CSA.
