J c penny is going to have you within 400 miles of your home since you say a dc is by your home you get a better chance of getting home on time and through the week regional to sni is I think a 700 mile radius your chances of getting home are a little less likely you will be home but it may be a day off

You will likely earn more money on dedicated.

If that JC Penny is like the dedicated we have in Ohio, take it, take it and never look back LOL.
You will make good money and be home, a lot. The only thing that sucks is it is hand unload, but it isn't very hard, pallet jack and a bunch of crap on hangers you have to pull down and put on rolling racks. -
have you considered if the city or county allow heavy trucks on the roads or to be parked within city limits? and have you thought about if you have enough room to turn around and park with out getting stuck? now every driving job i called about. first thing i would ask them is: do you have a terminal near where i live? most of the time they didn't. or it would turn out to be a drop yard in the bad part of the city. or it would be 100+ miles away. so you may do better looking for a different trucking company that is near your house. but that choice is your to make.

its usually hard to park a truck in-city, my city in metro detroit (farmington hills) *suburbs* strictly enforces their rules regarding trucks in residential neighborhoods(even if you park it on your property)..they send out a warning once and quickly follow with tickets/fines. parking the trk in an industrial area is risky, it can be tow'd and/or vandalized or even worse stolen. be careful. personally i would make sure they have a terminal nearby, or that they can secure parking for you that is safe at a location not far from house.

Thanks for the response guys I really appreciate it, there is a nice gated park it seems to be apart of a school park or something like that its just like 2 blocks from my house, two trucks park there one for a few months now, the other occasionally when the guy comes home on his break I think its a very good spot, I also check around the community and see some guys park there trucks at there gates when they are home so I guess it might be ok to park in my area there is also a home dept close by, I think I just miss the J C Penny dedicated too now I know why that position went so fast I was really looking forward to that account, Thanks again.
