Attention: Read this thread to the end before you make any decisions about joining this company. d o g

Been running with AG Express for 5-6 months now. The Rent 2 Own program is pretty sweet. No money upfront, and they take care of the truck. I get to keep 80% (that's a lot more than any other company before AG was paying me...) of my loads. Everyone’s been real chill and helpful, all issues i had they solved them. For now - only positive things to say about this company. I finally decided to lease-purchase a truck from them, the terms are pretty descent.

I decided to make a post because I’ve seen some negative threads about this company, but from my experience, they’ve been honest and good to me. I always receive my paychecks on time, and I don’t have to wait long for loads from the dispatcher (and when I do, it’s not often). Overall, I’ve had a positive experience.
P.S. If anyone is interested in learning more about them, feel free to ask me any questions. I’d be more than happy to help you decide if this is the right company for you.

Then why didn't you post this in "good" companies? Do you put on your left blinker when turning right? Just asking for a friend....

Many posts here are from drivers who expect everything but give nothing. This company clearly explains the pros and cons, and if a driver follows their guidelines, it benefits them in the long run. Most drivers in with bad reviews did not even lasted 1 week with them, so after 5-6 months with them I can give an honest review... From my experience, I follow their instructions, get paid well, and enjoy working with them. There have been few issues, but they were addressed and not ignored.

I’ve been thinking the same thing. I’ve read posts about this company, but I haven’t had any issues that weren’t resolved by them after working here for a whole year. I’ve only faced two issues with loads—one where I couldn’t get a load for 2 days, and another where it took 3 days (there were loads, but they were low-quality offers, so I chose to wait for better ones. I could have taken those initial offers and made less, but I decided to hold out for better opportunities). Other than that, the team has been great, honest, and supportive. I’m not sure why some people are writing this company off.

    TruckerTom44 Thanks this.

What do you mean by "they" ? I can't express my working experience with them? Be specific, share with me what have this company did for you...

One joined today, the other joined yesterday. All generalizations are false. Specific numbers please. Specifics of lease purchase. After thirty years out here I’m thinking of taking a swing at lease purchase !

I hadn't known about this site until yesterday, when my company informed me about this forum. I took the time to read every post related to them, and now I simply want to share my experience with everyone. I want to make it clear that I’m not trying to mislead anyone into joining this company. I'm here to offer my honest opinion, and that's all. The company reaching out to me about this forum was a pleasant surprise (I'm glad they did, as they have nothing to hide). They didn't pressure me to post anything; it's entirely my own decision. I'm sure they contacted many of their drivers to read and possibly share their opinions. But every driver speaks for themselves.
