That would be because the OP and one of the forum members who replied to this thread under a different name were the same cricket.

Nobody giving a direct answer, so I called. They're based in Florida.
You are a 1099 contracted service provider. Truck rental is between $1400-$1900 a week trailer included dependent on mileage and year.. All maintenance for truck and trailer and ELD PrePass fees included during rental only. You under their D.O.T. authority. You run their brokered loads only.
You pay for IFTA, Bobtail ins,. Tolls, Scales, Fuel. You must have at least 1 year of recent work as an OTR driver to rent from them. After 3 weeks renting you can lease purchase truck as they offer inhouse financing. After financing ALL maintenance and other fees is on you and they will setup a escrow or cents per mile for a maintenance fund. During the first 3 weeks you are under no obligation to continue to rent from them and can walk away with $0 fees. Recruiter say they offer full transparency of load cost and no forced dispatch. They run all 48 including New York city most burrows and Boston. Recruiter says on average you take home $2500 weekly but isn't guaranteed. Again recruiter says the average rate per mile is $2.18. $2.18 x 3500 = $7630. This is not complete info but the guy seemed to be open to answering my questions.
I remember a recruiter told me joining the Army would be fun, it wasn't.

Wanted to add as a solo driver 3500 miles a week aint no easy task.

Yes 3500 miles a week is not easy and since you are paid on percentages 3500 miles loaded not including unpaid empty miles would be much harder

So figure almost $4,000.00 off the top for equipment and fuel cost ( 7 mpg = 500 gallons used @ $4.00 per gallon)....

This was fun to read. Been seeing ads from this outfit recently on my social media and the thread peaked my interest. Nice take down of the OP. Seeing the accidental quoting of themselves was very funny. Very clumsy!
