AG200 to AG400 swap with pics

    I started working in a small independent shop a couple years after the AG400 came out. Wouldn't believe how many trucks got upgraded to the AG400.

    That being said, my dad ran the AG200 in one of his tridrives for several years in the bush and really didn't have a lot of grief with it. Gave those pins a couple shots of grease twice a week and they lasted quite a while.

    I just did the swap as well and those bolts were seized up bad. We did the same thing with the heat and finally got it to come loose. We kept spinning the bolts afterwards and got quite a bit of corrosing to come out from inside the cap holes. They will come loose though, just have to get the heat on them for sure!

    That’s how mine was. I pulled the wheels off finally caved lol. Took a breaker bar and a load lock. Got them to start spinning and by miracle it started to spin and the impact drove them out.
