Congrats. I thought about it but I'm under $500 a month, and have my loan setup as commercial line of credit I can draw more against. If my truck doesn't need a motor or tranny rebuild until it's paid off then I'm in no rush to get rid of my line of credit.

 

both my trucks were paid off from the day that i bought them. its nice to not have a truck payment hanging over your head i wouldn't want it any other way.

Just wait till your on your 15th or 20th piece of equipment that you have the title to. You will be wishing you would have never started buying and selling.
