air fresheners just cover up, pine sol that truck from floor to ceiling. bucket, water, brush, sponge and pine sol. Do the floor last!

 

some of the above, vacuum, soap, water and a scrub brush if needed, burn a scented candle at times

I use gain dryer sheets behind all my ac vents.It doesn't keep a good smell long,but does filter
the air,and its amazing what goes through these vents into the cab.
Wipe the dash down once a week with windex multi cleaner,and keep floors wiped down the same.
Febreeze seats,and headliner,lysol all those areas that get hand traffic.
Just started using one of those aerosol air freshners that can be set for 9mins,or longer sprays.
This helps keep truck smellin good while parked,and helps fight off those demons the truck has
that come back from smelly drivers of the past.
I don't do nasty
