Did you ever get that air problem figured out?

OK just curious what did you find?

try a #10 union and bypass the air dryer, simple test to try. also where the steel braid hose ends and wire braid hose starts, spray that hose with soapy solution and check for leaks/bubbles. known to leak bad were it is above trans area.

I once had a problem with the air hose itself, the house rubbed on something under the cab and was leaking. I couldnt hear it when the truck was running and it basicly wouldnt build air because most of the air was coming out of the hose and not enough pressure went into the dryer. I had to take the hose off and give pressure to it from the shop air compressor to find the leak while doing all this in a quite area to hear if it leaks.
