Have a 1998 international 9400. I've been having vibrations issues with it when loaded. I measured the suspension bump stop gap distances today on level ground. They are all just a hair over 2.5 inches except the passenger rear, it is 1.75 inches. Loaded truck.
I have changed the spring, air bag, and leveling valve.
Any ideas what would cause this. Frame appears straight. It's not cracked or broke.
Teflon wear pads look good.
Believe it's hendrickson suspension with the Z springs
Air suspension ride height not level

Did you check the spring bushings? On my Truck the right rear was worn the most, due to more torque to that wheel, I suppose. I’ve noticed that on other Trucks like mine (Freightliner).

You mean they’re wore completely out they’re gone? I’m talking about the bushings that the Eye bolt goes through, on front of the air spring.attached to the spring hanger.Your Truck should have them.

There are no bushings on this hendrickson suspension. Never have been. Airliner suspension on freighter is different design

Is the drive line in phase? Dont think measuring ride height at the bumpers is correct. Right height is usually measured axle center to bottom of frame? Not certain on the spec for this chassis. @Heavyd.

It's out there too. I measured it a while back . Don't have the numbers but I do remember it was off by a similar amount. Drive line has never been separated. Yes it's in phase. Only happens when loaded

It may be a bad spring if it’s only on one side and only when loaded. @Tug Toy had one a couple weeks ago.
