That happens to me once in a while on the rear spread. I just pull the pin that attaches the leveling valve and raise the lever to let air in till the bag unfolds.
I always feared if I just drove it till it fixed itself I would potentially pinch or damage the bag.

It's happened enough where I replaced the nut and bolt from the leveling arm with an appropriate size stainless clevis pin and clip so I can fix it quick.
