    Alabama caught one driver and thought they had an illegal. The driver couldn't speak any English at all.
    Guess what; he was born and raised in Los Angeles.

    I think that might be worse. I can understand being foriegn born and having language troubles. What you posted is inexcusable.

    How does that happen? How can you be born and live in this state so long without knowing English? The schools here all teach English??? I’m honestly asking cause I don’t see how this could happen unless he/she was born here and they took them to their country for a good portion of his life.

    I'm willing to bet he graduated from high school.

    His parents were immigrants. The spoke their language all his life... so he speaks the language. He probably went to a "special" school, where they didnt teach English.
    Or, they teach English but he never bothered to learn it, so they just passed him anyway. I mean, aint that the way they do these days? I mean, the majority of high school graduates today cant pass 3rd grade english.

    There's drivers in South Florida just like that,US Citizens and can't speak English period only Spanish...
