    They eventually learned he had been kidnapped and raped or “tied up, beaten, and rented out for two to three days” by another prisoner, the outlet reported, citing prison sources — who claimed such violence was not uncommon there.

    Within seconds my Dad brain has already planned for the murder and disposal of several bodies of inmates and corrections officers. I am a former corrections officer. A lot of people had to not care for this to happen.

    I previously worked for DOC in Illinois, don't get incarcerated. If somebody wants to get after you they have all the time in the world to think about how to do it and also convince others to get involved, even to the point of their non-involvement directly so to avoid charges because if someone snitches they're getting it too...

    My cousin did 25 years, 5 in a state prison and 20 in Leavenworth Federal Prison. He was a cold hearted killer & criminal when he went in and was more calculated when he came out. He's dead now from cancer. Anyway, he never talked about how life was in there, except one time he told me some guy was flirting around with some other guy, and another guy was jealous and cut his private part off and left it in the passageway for everyone to see. That happened right outside my cousins cell and he witnessed it.
